This website is operated by the independent design studio PIN CHUANG (品創) as a portfolio and point of contact.
What is collected: when you use the enquiry form, your name, contact details, project description and any optional fields (location, type, area, stage, timing).
Purpose: only to reply to your enquiry and discuss potential work. Never used for advertising or marketing, and never sold or passed to unrelated third parties.
Processing: form submissions are handled on the servers of the hosting provider, Cloudflare, and delivered to my inbox via the email service Resend; both act as data processors under their own privacy policies. To prevent spam the server temporarily records your IP address for 10 minutes for rate limiting (it is not included in the email and is not stored long term); if human verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled, your IP is also sent to Cloudflare for that check. If sending fails, the page offers a link to send the message from your own mail app.
Retention: enquiry records are kept for 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted; if a project follows, records are kept under the project agreement.
Analytics: no cookies, no advertising or third-party tracking. The hosting provider may keep anonymous access logs for security and performance. If cookie-free anonymous analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is enabled, it does not identify individuals.
Local storage: whether you dismissed the language notice may be stored in your browser (localStorage); it contains no personal data.
Your rights: you may ask at any time to access, correct or delete the information you sent me.
